5. Leadership from front to back

Napoli have the luxury of having a leader in all four parts of their team. Their keeper Pepe Reina has been playing top tier football since 2000, playing for the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Liverpool. The 34 year old is a fantastic leader out of the back and has more than enough experience in pressure situations.

Just in front of him is the ex Valencia and Real Madrid defender Raul Albiol. The defender has had over 50 caps for the Spanish national team and over 200 in La Liga. He is a very  solid defender and is the perfect player to have in the back line for Napoli.

The midfield has Hamsik, who was mentioned before to be an unspoken leader of the squad. He naturally expects players to look towards him, so he is always willing to take that extra step up to solidify his team. Both Mertens and Callejon are the leaders of the front line for Napoli. They have had their share of goals and experience and are a very deadly pair. Combined with the youth of Insigne, the front line is a menace to any defense they come up against.
