1. Jose Mourinho has created a winning spirit at Manchester United

The Portuguese manager has instilled a real team spirit among his players. Manchester United are playing with real swagger and style under Mourinho. Even when things don’t go their way, the players keep fighting right to the very end.

They play with a “never give up” attitude which has been visible in recent games. United have scored late winners/equalisers in 4 of their last 11 matches. The players play to the last kick of the ball and fight for every ball and every decision.

Their spirit is reminiscent to the times under Sir Alex Ferguson, who was full of praise of Mourinho in his recent interview with BBC. United scored a lot of late goals under the Scot, and Mourinho is following his “win at all costs” recipe at the club.

Manchester United have some serial winners at the club. The experience of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick who have won it all has further helped enhanced the players’ hunger.

While Manchester United may not be the best team in England, they have definitely shown some great signs of progress under Mourinho. And come next season, the Special One will surely be back challenging for the Premier League title again with the Red Devils.
