Eric Cantona scores the only goal of the match as Manchester United defeat Liverpool
Bitter rivals Liverpool and Manchester United contested the 1996 FA Cup Final.
Much of the match was a rather pedestrian affair with few real chances created by either side.
That all changed when United won a corner with five minutes remaining on the clock.
Liverpool keeper David James could only punch away the cross. It fortuitously arrived to Eric Cantona who blasted a powerful shot in to the back of the net.
United went on to lift the trophy and inflict more pain on their nemesis Liverpool.
