Arsenal go the entire 2003-2004 season undefeated

Arsene Wenger will always be remembered for the 2003-2004 Invincibles.

Arsenal won the Premier League title that year and did so by going through the entire season undefeated. The only other team to have accomplished that feat was Preston North End way back in 1888-1889.

The Gunners accomplished this feat with 26 wins, 12 draws and 0 losses. The team’s attack was led by Golden Boot winner Thierry Henry with 30 goals.

Wenger was named the Barclaycard Manager of the Year for leading his team in to the history books. He was also the recipient of the LMA Manager of the Year Award. He was the first manager to win this honor twice.

Many believe that there will never be another squad capable of equalizing the 2003-2004 Arsenal Invincibles. No matter what happens in the future, Wenger will forever be associated with this amazing accomplishment.
