3. Team mentality
At the beginning , the team didn’t seem to have a strong mentality as such. Key players such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Luiz left for England and the team seemed to be short of a leader. No doubt Thiago Silva is a great captain but Luiz and Ibrahimovic got something special into the dressing room. With their departure , the charisma also seemed to have left the dressing room.

When Ligue 1 went underway, PSG won their first game against Bastia with a lot of difficulty . There were rumors of Blaise Matuidi being unhappy at the club because he was denied a summer transfer to Juventus. The overall mentality of the team has improved considerably since the start of the season and they look more like a family than just players of a team. Their strong ability and mentality was at its peak in their 1-5 Classico humiliation of Marseille on sunday. They clearly seem to have what it takes to get back on the top and win the title.
