Tottenham will be smart, but active in the summer transfer window
Mauricio Pochettino understands that he’ll need to strengthen his Tottenham squad this summer if he wants to remain a viable Premier League title threat. Of course, that task will be complicated by the financial pressures of building a fancy new stadium.
