1. Kylian Mbappe

If you want to see Spurs take a swing at a world-class talent with plenty of room to improve, then Monaco starlet Kylian Mbappe is perfect for you. He may be out of Tottenham’s price range, acquiring a player many believe is going to become the next Thierry Henry isn’t a cheap proposition.

I almost didn’t include Mbappe on the list due to his price. Monaco may choose to stoke a significant bidding war for his services this summer. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see his transfer price tag soar in excess of £50 million.

That price may be too rich for Pochettino and company. On the other hand, Tottenham may think he has the potential to become a world-class striker. If they are really convinced that’s the case, then £50 million is an absolute bargain.

Next: Tottenham need to purchase another centre back

Finding an alternative to Harry Kane has to be the club’s number one priority this summer. Kylian Mbappe wouldn’t be a cheap solution, but he might be the perfect forward to finally solve the club’s striker crisis.
