At the bottom of the Premier League lies four teams who are fighting to avoid relegation. Only one will survive. The rest will be demoted to the Championship and face losing their best players. We are going to look at the best of these players and offer potential matches to some of the teams guaranteed to be competing in the 2017/18 Premier League season.

The Premier League is the most competitive top division in world soccer. It is the most popular league which means it is also the richest. Even the smaller clubs and those newly promoted have more resources than a top half team from La Liga or Serie A. Because of this wealth there are very good players on (almost) every roster.

We are going to breakdown the best players from the bottom four teams: Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Hull and Swansea; and also list potential transfer destinations in the Premier League.

Some of these players are young academy graduates who have forced their way into the first team. Others are expensive additions who the clubs will be keen to unload the wages off their books. There are also some wily old veterans who will serve other Premier League teams well.

We’ve compiled these all into a starting XI of relegation threatened transfer targets. Read on to see who your club may sign!
