Arsenal win the highest scoring north London derby ever

This one was certainly not a masterclass in defense. It was, however, one of the most exciting matches ever played between two bitter rivals.

Goals from Tottenham’s Noureddine Naybet and Arsenal’s Thierry Henry sent this one to the break all level.

The second half was a completely different story with seven goals coming within a 35 minute period.

Lauren scored from the spot in the 55th minute and Patrick Vieira added to Arsenal’s lead just five minutes later.

From there it was back and forth almost like a tennis match.
