4. Mauricio Pochettino has done wonders at Spurs

Since arriving at the club, Mauricio Pochettino has done a great job. He is regarded as one of the best young managers in the world and he has proved exactly why. He has got Tottenham playing beautiful football with every player playing to his strengths.

Under him, Tottenham Hotspur have been one of the most consistent teams in the Premier League. Pochettino has turned Spurs from a team struggling to get into top 4 to a team fighting for the title. His core of young players have played a huge role in Spurs’ title bid this season.

”Our challenge now is to reduce the gap again with Chelsea and to think bigger things than only to be above Arsenal,” Pochettino said after his side’s mid-week win. ”One day to achieve big trophies, your mentality must be bigger, thinking about big dreams.”

Pochettino has brought a winning mentality to the club and has changed the club’s mindset. The Argentinian also never lost a North London Derby, winning one and drawing four. And with their title challenge on the line, Pochettino should be able to guide his side to another favorable result against their rivals on Sunday.
