Chelsea FC: 5 players that need a loan spell away this summer

Chelsea FC have had a marvelous season after winning the Premier League title but some of their squad players need a loan spell away to develop further.

Chelsea FC have a tremendous squad of players with competition for a starting spot fierce. While some players have coped well with the competition IE; Cesc Fabregas, others have not fared as well.

Chelsea fans would’ve been pleased to have seen Nathan Ake’s development at Bournemouth on loan as he became their star defender. His loan at Bournemouth, while cut short, should prove as a template for the Chelsea FC board to replicate for other fringe players.

So, after a title-winning season, some players need more game time to develop into future stars. Here I’ll look at five Chelsea players who need a loan spell away from the club to develop into better players,
