Contract talks: Who’s contract is out or running out in the Premier League?

Only center-forward Yaya Sanogo is out of contract for the newly crowned FA Cup champs. He has loaned out for teams like Charlton Athletic, AFC Ajax and Crystal Palace.

What to watch is who’s contract comes up in a year. Names like Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez are big. So big, that some may be out sooner than their contracts expire.

Out of contract: Yaya Sanogo.

12 months left on contract: Santi Cazorla, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Per Mertesacker, Carl Jenkinson, Jack Wilshere, Matt Macey, Kieran Gibbs, Wojciech Szczesny, Joel Campbell.

AFC Bournemouth

Center midfielder Jack Wilshere is technically going back to Arsenal as of the end of May. Transfermarkt.com has his value at €20 million. Fellow center midfielder Andrew Surman has been with Bournemouth since 2014. He has been out with a knee injury. It’s unsure if Bournemouth will attempt to keep Wilshire, although it is unlikely even with Wilshire’s leg fracture injury.

Out of contract: Andrew Surman, Jack Wilshere.

12 months left on contract: Dan Gosling, Marc Pugh, Artur Boruc.
