Watford

While they would love to keep him, it’s not likely Watford can afford M’Baye Niang, who will return to AC Milan after his loan spell. Goalkeeper Rene Gilmartin has been with the club since coming on a free transfer from St. Patricks in 2014. However, he did not play at all this season.

Out of contract: Rene Gilmartin.

12 months left on contract: Miguel Britos, Valon Behrami, Jose Holebas, Ben Watson, Heurelho Gomes.

West Bromwich Albion

Former Manchester United U18 center midfielder Darren Fletcher is out of contract this year. However, Tony Pulis is high on the captain and said he is certain the Scot will sign a new deal to stay with the Hawthorns.

Out of contract: Darren Fletcher

12 months left on contract: Chris Brunt, Claudio Yacob, Craig Dawson, James Morrison, Boaz Myhill, Hal Robson-Kanu, Gareth McAuley.

All three players out of contract with West Ham have been released. Gokhan Tore is moving back to Besiktas after failing to do much of anything in his eight games with the Hammers. Argentinian Jonathan Calleri is on his way back to Maldonado, scoring only once in 21 appearances this season. Spanish right-back Alvaro Arbeloa is a free agent following his loan to the Hammers from Real Madrid.
