Loic Remy is reportedly set to leave Chelsea this summer, with the French striker unlikely to hold down a regular place in the first team.
The 30-year-old French international will travel to China for the Blues’ pre-season tour, but interest from clubs such as Everton, Southampton and Marseille could cut his trip short.
Capped 31 times for his native France, Remy joined the Premier League champions back in 2014 after a hugely successful loan spell with Newcastle United.
In 26 league appearances, Remy scored 14 goals whilst on-loan from Queens Park Rangers, attracting the interests of a number of Premier League clubs.
But since joining Chelsea, Remy has struggled with injuries and has only managed a further 32 league appearances.
His first season in London saw him pick up seven goals in 19 league appearances, but his playing time has decreased rapidly and a loan spell to Crystal Palace last season was largely uninspiring.
Remy spent the 2016/17 campaign with Palace but featured just five times in the league thanks to a hamstring injury followed by a calf strain – limiting him to just over 2 hours of football last season.
When healthy, Remy offers clubs a player capable of finding the back of the net frequently enough to be considered a first team regular, though he will never be a 20-goal superstar, particularly now he has hit the age of 30.
But for some of the clubs reportedly interested in his services, he could be a decent addition for the right price.

Everton, for example, have just lost the 20+ goal scoring of Romelu Lukaku and currently have Wayne Rooney and Sandro Ramirez as their two main options up front.
The club has a big hole to fill after losing Lukaku and it appears that manager Ronald Koeman is hoping to get goals from multiple areas of the team.
With Davy Klaasen, Kevin Mirallas, Yanick Bolasie and the talented young Ademola Lookman all capable of providing some goals, having another goal scoring striker could be a big boost for the Toffees.
Remy recently scored twice for Chelsea in a pre-season friendly against Fulham, with the Blues coming out as 8-2 victors, showing that he is still a potent threat in front of goal.

With Loic Remy unlikely to get playing time with Antonio Conte’s champions, a move to a competitive club such as Everton seems to be the most logical move at this stage of his career.
