The Alexis Sanchez story continues to dominate headlines

Taking a look at the never-ending rumors and speculation over where Alexis Sanchez will be playing this coming season
More than a month remains in the summer transfer window and the Alexis Sanchez story remains one of the hot topics. Every week brings new gossip and unnamed “sources” claiming to have the truth on the Chilean’s future.
The Arsenal star has already been linked with moves to China, Bayern Munich, Inter and Chelsea. In the past three days alone, three different stories have emerged. On Sunday Metro reported that Sanchez had agreed to join PSG.
Monday’s Irish Examiner claimed he will remain in North London. On Tuesday, Express asserted that Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is determined to sign the forward.

- Monday, July 24th – Irish Examiner – Arsene Wenger firm in belief Alexis Sanchez will remain at Arsenal this summer
- Tuesday, July 25th – Express – Pep Guardiola determined to sign Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez: Man City to fork out £50m
Of course these various stories are good for getting people talking and that is exactly what is going on.

The only certainty appears to be that the transfer window will close on August 31st. Only then will we know for sure which shirt Sanchez will be wearing.
