With an abundance of quality around the Premier League, which club has the top attack? Is it Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham or another side?

Defense wins titles, but goals are what the people want. Give the people what they want!

Last season, the Premier League saw each of its top five sides scored 77 goals or more. There is a deep well of top class attacking talent and managers who want to play attractive football. (Obviously not you, Jose Mourinho.)

Liverpool and Tottenham push the boundaries on physical endurance as they press, press then press some more. Arsenal and Manchester City love to hold possession, allow the fullbacks to attack more than defend. Even the sides with a more defensive nature, Chelsea and Manchester United, have enough quality in attack to provide great moments.

But which side has the best attack?

All of the top six can lay claim to that crown as each have the pieces to score ad nauseam on any given day, against any given team. All but Tottenham have made at least one significant summer purchase for their attack, though Chelsea have banished their top scorer while Liverpool and Arsenal are desperately trying to keep hold of theirs.

With a few more weeks left in the transfer window, the answer to this question may well look much different with pending incomings or departures. But on the eve of the 2017/18 season, which team has the best attack in the Premier League?
