The Arsenal offense will produce a lot of goals this season

It took less than two minutes for Arsenal’s record signing Alexandre Lacazette to get on the score sheet. Midfielder Mohamed Elneny sent a cross in from the right and Lacazette headed home.

Danny Welbeck rewarded his manager for the start by dancing through the Leicester defense to score on the stroke of half time.  Welbeck was assisted by new signing Sead Kolasinac.

Substitutes Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud added to the tally later on giving the Gunners a total of four goals for the day.

It could have been even higher as Arsenal out shot Leicester 27-6.

Wenger has plenty of attacking options at his disposal. Mesut Ozil, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Alex Iwobi and Theo Walcott are all capable goal scorers on their day. Then of course, there’s last season’s top scorer Alexis Sanchez who was out of the opening day lineup.

Offense is one area where Arsenal will not have much to worry about this season.
