Group G
FC Porto 1 Besiktas 3
The Portuguese side will be disgusted with their performance in this match. Â At the Dragao they were miserable and Besiktas ran away deserved winners in a match that Porto will be wanting back in the later rounds. Â This group is wide open.
RB Leipzig 1 Monaco 1
The German powerhouse drew with last seasons darlings in a relatively boring match. Â Both these sides could go through.

Group H
Real Madrid 3 Apoel Nicosia 0
Real Madrid were more dominant in this match than the scoreline suggests.  Cristiano Ronaldo scored a double highlighting that Madrid are perhaps even more than ever incredibly reliant on him. Sergio Ramos scored the world’s weakest bicycle kick as well.
Tottenham Hotspur 3 Borussia Dortmund 1
Tottenham broke their Wembley curse and played phenomenal football to outclass Dortmund on every blade of grass the full pitch over. Â Harry Kane was sensational.
