Attacking midfielder-Dele Alli

Dele still has one more Champions League match left on his ban, but he can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. Fortunately, he’ll have this match against Huddersfield to take out all of his pent-up aggression.

It would be a major surprise if he doesn’t play a top-drawer match against this sort of opposition. Per usual, it may not be the most efficient performance of all time, but don’t be surprised if it ends up with a goal or two. Dele is starting to build up form this season and putting in a solid shift against Huddersfield will keep him right on schedule.

Attacking midfielder-Christian Eriksen

If you didn’t have an appreciation for Eriksen’s importance to the Tottenham attack before the APOEL game, his absence against the Cypriots certainly made it obvious. Without him on the pitch, Harry Kane was forced to shoulder the attacking load almost by himself.

Kane might be the happiest person at Tottenham to know that Eriksen has recovered from his illness. That recovery should be enough to get the talented Dane in Pochettino’s starting XI tomorrow. The only way Eriksen starts this match on the bench is if his manager believes he doesn’t have the legs (or lungs) to make it the full 90 minutes.
