Hugo Lloris-9

The French keeper is going to be firmly entrenched in Cristiano Ronaldo and company’s nightmares for quite some time. Lloris made several world-class saves that helped Tottenham gain their valuable point.

The best of the group was his kick save against Karim Benzema in the second half. Some will call it a lucky save, but it’s exactly what keepers are taught to do. Lloris closed down the angle against his countryman and made himself big. The result was a massive stop that kept Spurs on level terms.

For me, Lloris was the Man of the Match. Sometimes Tottenham fans are guilty of forgetting just how brilliant he can be. His performance against Los Blancos should shut up any criticism from his fan base for the foreseeable future.

Danny Rose-6.5

It wasn’t exactly a triumphant return for the injured left back, but he did give Pochettino’s squad some fresh legs in the closing moments of the match. He won’t be utilized in the midfield very often, but it’s where his team needed him against Real Madrid. There will be plenty of opportunities for him to force his way back into Pochettino’s plans as the season progresses.

Son Heung-Min-Inc

The talented Korean came on late in an effort to waste time from Pochettino. In fairness, it’s the Korean’s best contribution in the last week. Nonetheless, he gets an incomplete for his cameo.
