20. Crystal Palace = Cleveland Browns

Rock bottom is rock bottom. Crystal Place have one win this season which is one more than the Cleveland Browns. While Palace are not the punchline of English soccer in the same way the Browns are in US sports that is only because the promotion system brings up new teams to come below the Eagles. This year it looks like they won’t be so lucky. Shame you can’t get the no. 1 pick in the draft in the EPL!

19. Bournemouth = Indianapolis Colts

You think they are going to be better than they are. While both these teams have some nice offensive pieces Joshua King & Jermain Defoe/Andrew Luck & TY Hilton – they cannot put it together. At all. There is no balance to either of these teams and their lack of investment in good defensive players is leaving them in for loooong seasons.

18. Everton = Miami Dolphins

They both lost their star player this summer. Romelu Lukaku went to Manchester United and Ryan Tannehill got injured. They both tried to replace their star with an over-the-hill, beer drinking chain smoker. I feel like Jay Cutler and Wayne Rooney would be good friends. Both of these teams have some past success and are a key part of the long history of their respective leagues. They also haven’t won very much in a while.

17. Stoke City = Buffalo Bills

The cliché goes that it is hard to play on a wet Tuesday night in Stoke. It is also hard to play on a freezing Sunday afternoon in Buffalo. These two teams who at best his a mid-table/.500 season. But are also never so bad that they totally tank. They have nothing in their sides that really frightens you but you never enjoy playing them. For some reason LeSean McCoy is still at Buffalo even though he’s better than that. Ditto for Xherdan Shaqiri.
