Slaven Bilic

It’s not that Slaven Bilic is a bad manager.  In fact he’s excellent, when he’s motivated.  He doesn’t appear to be a man interested in his work at the moment.  Several years ago he had West Ham playing fighting football with pace and skill.  Now he seems more interested in getting fired than managing.

He’s had to deal with an unfair amount of issues during his time as manager and looks like he could use a change of scenery.  The truth is he’s just not invested in the team the way he was a couple of seasons ago and that’s a problem.

The fact that Slaven Bilic isn’t interested in managing West Ham means that he isn’t doing as good a job as he could.  Both Bilic and West Ham deserve a change at the moment.  This is a relationship that is simply not working.
