Manchester United analysis: Five clubs that could rescue Martial

2. Everton
These two teams seem to have a relationship going. United buys the good players from Everton and then sends the players they don’t want back to Goodison Park. Here is a look at some of the players that have been exchanged:

The Toffees have struggled to score goals so far this season. Getting a guy like Martial who is capable of playing up top could be a welcome addition. Currently Rooney and Oumar Niasse are tied for the team lead in goals with four. Nobody else has more than one. Sandro Ramirez has been a disappointment and bringing in Martial could help them drastically up front.
It would be ironic though that Lukaku was brought in to do what Martial was not doing for United then he could take Lukaku’s place at Everton and I think Martial could live up to his potential with ample opportunity in blue. Regardless, I think Everton would pursue him if he became available even if he is out of their price range. Considering United paid 58 million pounds for him he won’t come cheap for Everton or anyone else.
