Real Madrid are set to open talks with both Alexis Sanchez and Harry Kane

We all know about the want-away Alexis Sanchez. If you don’t, have you been living under a rock? The transfer activity of last summer revolved around the Chilean, as he looked to be pushing a move out of North London, but the deal never pushed on, so Alexis was to remain at his club, Arsenal.

However, one player who’s loving life at his club is Harry Kane. He’s consistently providing the goods for Spurs, and he’s become quite the iconography to the North London team, being labelled as ‘one of their own’.

The two attacking players clashed in last weekend’s Premier League action, and it was the Chilean who scored to help his side get the victory and claim the North London bragging rights. But, the two could be joining forces very soon, as Real Madrid have a keen eye on both of them, according to the Daily Star.

I think it goes without saying that Arsenal fans will be the most chuffed to hear this news, because it means their contract rebel Alexis Sanchez won’t be moving to league rivals Manchester City and also, Tottenham’s best player will be leaving so there’s even more reason to laugh at them.

Both of them are inevitably in great form right now. It took Alexis a while to recreate last season’s form, but he now has two assists and two goals in his last five Premier League games. Harry Kane, well, when isn’t he in form? He’s played 16 games across all competitions for Spurs this season, scoring 14 goals and tallying three assists.

The acquisition of these North London heroes would be huge for Los Blancos, and it would complete a near-perfect squad. What do you think, will Harry Kane and Alexis Sanchez leave their respective clubs to live the Spanish life? Don’t forget to have your say in the comment section below!
