The time is almost here… The Manchester derby, one of the biggest derbies in England, one that divides a city, one that divides a nation. To commemorate, I have compiled a Manchester United v Manchester City combined XI.
Both teams are sitting in different positions, and it’s been a different tail for the two Manchester sides so far this season, so it would be unjust to judge our Manchester United v Manchester City combined XI solely on this season, so there will be other factors coming into place.
As a neutral, I always find this derby is the best to watch in the Premier League if you’re looking for quality football. On the subject of quality football, one thing which is disheartening is the fact that Paul Pogba isn’t eligible to play, something that even Kevin de Bruyne was upset about…
With that being said, Paul Pogba won’t feature in this Manchester United v Manchester City XI, nor will the other players who are ineligible to feature in the match.
