Goalkeeper: David de Gea

This one was obvious, right? David de Gea is tipped to be one of the best goalkeepers in the world, so there’s no doubt he’s the best in Manchester. I don’t mean that as disrespect to Ederson, as he’s started his life in Manchester pretty well, but when you’re up against David de Gea, there’s no winning.

The Spaniard is capable of pulling out some magnificent saves, especially when the pressure is on him. You can’t help but feel that if Manchester United were to get something out of this game, they’d have their goalkeeper to thank.

He rarely switches off, which is a blessing to the Manchester United defenders, but it’s important that they don’t switch off either because, as hard as it is to believe, David de Gea is human too.
