Tottenham are in position to dominate Crystal Palace

Lots of Tottenham fans are focused with the club’s upcoming Champions League clash with Juventus. Mauricio Pochettino doesn’t have that luxury. He must make sure his squad is squarely focused on Sunday’s fixture at Crystal Palace.

Some fans and pundits believe that Spurs are vulnerable heading to Selhurst Park. I actually see this fixture in a completely different light. In actuality, the Eagles are an ideal matchup for Tottenham at this stage in the season.

It’s not simply a matter of Spurs having better players. Pochettino does have significantly more talent at his disposal than Roy Hodgson, but Palace’s problems go deeper than that. Injuries and the Eagles’ lack of form should really trouble Palace fans before they take on their Premier League rivals.
