Henrik Mkhitaryan – 8/10

Henrikh Mkhitaryan was exceptional out there today. He’s been waiting a while to get his first goal at the Emirates Stadium, and after scoring at the San Siro, the stage was set. Every time he received the ball, he already had in mind what he wanted to do, and completed the task without wasting any time.

He got the assist to Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang’s goal, before scoring in the latter stages to make it Arsenal 3-0 Watford.

Mesut Ozil – 8/10

The German started the game incredibly well, which was topped off with an early assist. He caused the Watford defense a number of problems, including one point in which he danced his way through, although his shot wasn’t powerful enough to beat the goalkeeper.

Alex Iwobi – 7/10

Being surrounded by the talents of Mesut Ozil, Henrik Mkhitaryan and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, it was always going to be hard for him to keep up with the pace. That said, he did show many promising signs that he deserves a place in Arsenal’s first team.
