Mesut Ozil – 8/10

Mesut Ozil was, to put it simply, fantastic today. It comes as no surprise that the German was central to a number of positive Arsenal moves. A fine display of creativity, flair and determination from the play-maker.

Danny Welbeck – 5/10

Danny Welbeck was the weakest link in Arsenal’s attack, which is a shame because you could see how hard he tried. He had a fine chance to open the scoring, but in true Welbeck fashion, it was a chance not taken.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – 8/10

Aubameyang is the fourth player to be rated at 8 in the Arsenal player ratings vs Stoke City. A brace well and truly warrants that, even if his two goals weren’t of the highest caliber. This will give him a lot of confidence going forward.
