Arsenal player ratings vs Newcastle United: Calum Chambers back to his worst

Shkodran Mustafi – 6/10

He was okay, but that’s as far as I’ll stretch. He played a good ball into Aubameyang for the opening goal, but his failure to lift the back line ruined his rating in my Arsenal player ratings vs Newcastle.

Rob Holding – 5/10

The young Englishman failed to take advantage of his chance. He made a few good challenges, but they were all meaningless.

It doesn’t look likely that Rob Holding will feature in Arsenal’s contest with Atletico Madrid in the Europa League, so the Premier League is his best chance to prove to Arsene Wenger that he has what it takes.
