Tottenham will try to attack Manchester United on all fronts

Mauricio Pochettino may not admit it publicly, but he understands how important today’s FA Cup semifinal against Manchester United is to Tottenham. That’s precisely why Pochettino will set his team up to attack Jose Mourinho’s troops all over the pitch.

Spurs may have set up a bit defensively against Manchester City, but they won’t show the same hesitation against Manchester’s other club. Mourinho’s attack has plenty of talent, but they don’t inspire the same fear and awe as Pep Guardiola’s group.

As a result, Pochettino will try to attack United from the opening whistle. This plan will also be designed to make sure that his players aren’t awed by the big occasion of the match. It’s a more experienced side than the group that flamed out in a similar match against Chelsea last season. Even so, Pochettino won’t sit back and give his troops the chance to have second thoughts.

Simply put, Tottenham will start their most attacking lineup possible today. Read on to discover which eleven Spurs will get the chance to send their club through to the FA Cup Finals.
