Belgium battled to an uninspiring goalless draw in their first of three World Cup warm-up matches.

Belgium boss Roberto Martinez is yet to whittle his squad down to 23, however rumours of the final team being leaked by a mattress company have added a humorous dimension to media speculation recently.

Martinez had the opportunity to rotate his side and make a few last decisions before announcing the official squad. But judging by this performance, it will have made things even harder for the Spaniard, as there were few Belgians that stood out.

Here is how I think the players got on in a drab Saturday night friendly:

Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois: 6.5/10

Had to make one decent save from a dipping Bernardo Silva shot in the opening period. Apart from that, a few claimed crosses was about as exciting as it got for a relatively untroubled Courtois. Suffered a rash stamp on the hand towards the end, hopefully nothing too serious. Solid display.
