7. Kevin De Bruyne
Eden Hazard isn’t the only star in the Belgium set up who can be considered ‘world class’.
Fresh off the title-winning season with Manchester City, which the midfield maestro played a huge part in, his confidence will be sky-high. He lifted two trophies under Pep Guardiola, and he will hope to add a third under Roberto Martinez.
Belgium are by no means favorites, but when you consider a number of stars they have, they perhaps should be up there with the world’s best.
Kevin De Bruyne will take a lot of the creative onus off Eden Hazard, something the attacker doesn’t get with Chelsea.
The Belgium side is vastly different to Man City, which De Bruyne may struggle to comprehend. He doesn’t like having so much onus on himself, but it’s something he will need to get used to.
He is notorious for playing through balls to the feet of the attacker, something he may struggle to do with Romelu Lukaku. He will undeniably find ways to pull it off, though, but the question will be around how much can he do so?
