Group F of the World Cup is set for a fantastic final match day.

The 2018 World Cup in Russia has produced some truly magical moments. Group F has been no exception, with Mexico kicking things off by upsetting Germany.

Now, heading into the final set of matches, all four teams in the group have a chance of making it to the knock out stages.

This makes for an incredibly tense set of matches and arguably the best final match day of all the groups. Each team has had its moment to shine, so this final day will show who really belongs in the Round of 16.

Mexico vs. Sweden

Mexico has the best chance of making it out of the group. Their back to back wins over both Germany and South Korea have them sitting on six points at the top of the table.

The only thing Mexico needs to win the group is a single point against Sweden. A win or draw will see them deservedly top the group and set them up against the second place finisher in Group E.

They are also the only team with a positive goal differential in the group. This will be a very important stat if Sweden or Germany win their final match.

This is due to the first tie breaker on points going to the goal differential between the two teams.

If Sweden beats Mexico, the two teams will be level on points. If the score is 2-0, Sweden would move on due to having the better goal differential.

If the score is 1-0 Sweden, the teams would be tied on points, goal differential, and total goals scored.

The fourth tie breaker then goes on to head to head points, which would see Sweden advance due to their victory.

Mexico does not look like a team this World Cup that is going try and sit back and grind out a draw. Their play style has clearly worked up to this point, so expect them to look just as energetic as ever against Sweden.
