The worry isn’t over yet for Chelsea, as Real Madrid have jumped back on the scene regarding Eden Hazard.
Eden Hazard is a fantastic player for Chelsea and he has been for many years. The Belgian has often been the club’s only hope, particularly in recent seasons.
He has the ability to carry a team, and really lead by example. His flair-driven approach often allows him to bring the ball forward at ease, allowing the full backs to push higher than usual. This is why the saying holds firm – Where there’s Eden Hazard, there’s a way.
Chelsea mustn’t get comfortable, though.

Although the English transfer window is over, they could still lose out on Eden Hazard. This is because Real Madrid officials are working extremely hard to craft a plan in the Spanish capital.
According to Express, Real Madrid aren’t accepting defeat in their pursuit, and now they are set to table a more convincing fee.
Having already been rejected of £150m, the Spanish club will up their deal to meet the £200m valuation of Chelsea. Still, Maurizio Sarri is adamant that the club will not listen to any deals. But, £200m…
This fee is worthy to persuade anyone. Although the circumstances are a lot different, when you consider Cristiano Ronaldo went for half of that fee, it does look all the more tempting.
The move would make perfect sense.
On the subject of Ronaldo’s move to Juventus, this would leave even more space for Eden Hazard to slot right in to Lopetegui’s plans.
He would be able to make a real name for himself also, as the Spanish fans look to replicate the love they held for the Portuguese legend. They are heavy boots to fill, but if anybody is worthy of filling them, it’s Hazard.
His style would be ideal for playing in Spain. La Liga is a league that prides itself on the attacking flair at hand, something which Hazard has an abundance of. He showed this at the World Cup, along with his performance against Huddersfield in the Premier League opener yesterday.
Although Hazard has never pushed for a move away from Stamford Bridge, it’s hard to believe that deep down he doesn’t want this to happen. It’s any players’ dream to be playing for Los Blancos.
The deal has been stalled for a while now, but Madrid will be hoping to push it forward now that Chelsea have less priorities elsewhere in the market.
Do you think Eden Hazard will move to Real Madrid?
