Pedro Rodriguez – 8/10

The former Barcelona forward got Chelsea off to a flyer when he slotted past Petr Cech just inside ten minutes of kick off. He was present on the left and right wings and ran around with great enthusiasm.

His attacking abilities, combined with off the ball movements and terrific dribbling left the Arsenal centre backs in problems for the entire. In spite of not being a regular, two goals in the last two Premier League matches could see him start a lot more often.

Willian – 6/10

Willian was expected to deliver against Arsenal today afternoon. However, he was one of the invisible Chelsea players this afternoon. The former Shakhtar Donetsk signing was taken off just sixty minutes into the game for Eden Hazard.

Willian, who is a down to earth guy shall be the first one to condemn a performance like today. After a tiring World Cup, the Brazilian deserves a chance to rejuvenate in the coming weeks before he can be expected to be at his brilliant best and scoring flashy goals.

Alvaro Morata – 8/10

The ex-Real Madrid man looked like a completely different striker from his usual self. His wonderful link up with Azpilicueta was once again seen when the Spanish right back assisted his compatriot for Chelsea’s second.

Morata slotted coolly past Petr Cech with his left. His powerful shot from outside the box left the Czech Republican in trouble, but the Arsenal keeper eventually managed to get a hand onto it.  With performances like today, Morata could be in for a big season.
