LW: Cristiano Ronaldo 7/10

The drought continued for Cristiano Ronaldo against Parma. worry not though Juve fans, Ronaldo didn’t score in his first 3 league appearances last year either and we saw how that season ended up for him. Even while he has struggled to find the back of the net, he has still played well for Juventus.

Ronaldo was able to create openings for himself and his teammates throughout the match against Parma. Those chances unfortunately just didn’t end up in the goal. He will always be a positive for Juve and their fans have absolutely nothing to worry about on the Ronaldo front.

ST: Mario Mandzukic 9.5/10

I called for Mandzukic to get the starting nod again this week in my lineup preview (albeit on the wing) because of the insane amount of the energy he brings to Juve every match. That energy more than paid off against Parma. He contribute 1 tackle, 1 interception, 2 clearances, a goal, and an assist against Parma. That’s an extremely impressive stat line.

Mario Mandzukic has never quite been as appreciated as he should be at Juve, but he has made a monumental contribution so far this season. He is now leading Juve in goals scored and tied for the lead in assists while also contributing defensively from his striker position. He was just about perfect against Parma and deserves the Man of the Match for this performance.

RW: Federico Bernardeschi 7/10

Saturday was kind of a mixed bag for Bernardeschi. He played well for the most part, but wasn’t able to create a really good chance like he has in the last two matches. He seemed to struggle combining on the wing with Cuadrado. That’s not entirely his fault, but poor game planning. It wasn’t his best performance of the year and it came to an early end as he was subbed off in the 54th minute, but these last few games are still the best Bernardeschi has looked in the black and white stripes.
