Real Madrid were bullied Sevilla in La Liga’s match day six by a 3-0 score line. Let’s have a look at how every Madrid player fared against the Andalusians.

Real Madrid were demolished 3-0 by Sevilla on match day six at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium on Wednesday night. It was a totally dismal performance from the visitors who let in three first half goals and went into the half-time break with a 3-0 trail on their backs. Andre Silva opened the scoring for the visitors before adding his second. Later on, Wissam Ben Yedder added the third which was eventually the killer blow for Real Madrid.

The loss now means that Madrid have lost their last four La Liga matches on Sevilla’s patch. Not just that, it was also a golden opportunity to top Barcelona in the league standings after they dropped all three points under shocking circumstances at Leganes.

Ahead of the Madrid Derby, there are a lot of problems which require fixing. We take a look at every player’s ratings from the Sevilla visit.

Goalkeeper- Thibaut Courtois- 5/10

It would be unfair to blame Thibaut Courtois for the defeat but it certainly was a poor performance from the summer recruit. The Belgium goalkeeper was awarded by FIFA on Monday for being the world’s best keeper in 2018 but failed to justify that tag just two days later.

There was little that he could do for the first goal which was a brilliant counter attack from the hosts, but he certainly could have done better for the second and third which were conceded.
