In the midst of an unbelievably hot start, this is the one that really matter for Juventus.

Juventus is the only team in the top 5 leagues that has won every match they have played this season. Their 7 for 7 start is the best Juve has had in over 80 years and they’ve been getting better throughout the course of this run. Now we’ll get to see what they can do against the toughest opposition to their 8th consecutive Scudetto.

Napoli’s season didn’t start quite as well as Juve’s, but they appear to be firing on all cylinders right now. In their first 3 matches of the year they required 2 comebacks, including scoring 3 second half goals against Milan, and then they got trounced by Sampdoria. Since the loss to Sampdoria they have been on a tear in the league, dispatching Fiorentina, Torino, and Parma with relative ease.

Now we once again get a clash between Napoli and Juve where the teams hold the top 2 spots on the Serie A table and the winner will be in control of first place. For this round Juve will get home field advantage, something they’ve put to good use since moving to their new stadium.

Napoli has scored 3 goals in each of their last 2 matches and to slow down their prolific attack Juve will need to play a 4-3-3. This in all likelihood means we won’t get to see Paulo Dybala try to build on his impressive performance against Bologna, but it is Juve’s best defensive formation. This will be our first look at what Juve will look like in big matches going forward.
