A large plethora of European clubs are interested in Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey, and he could join his countryman Gareth Bale at Real Madrid.
Arsenal are aware of their risk of losing Aaron Ramsey. While contract talks aren’t completely ruled out, they appear to have broken down in the last few weeks. According to Teamtalk, he won’t be short of options, with Real Madrid becoming the latest team to crave his signature. Los Blancos are in the hopes of finding a replacement for Luka Modric and potentially Toni Kroos, as their time at the club look to be drawing to an end.
Ramsey is the ideal midfielder for any club. Ask any Arsenal fan and they’ll be quick to remind you of his worth. His style is difficult to come across, which is strange as it’s one of the most effective. You will always catch him picking out pockets of space and exploiting them. This works well with creativity from advanced positions, which of course, Madrid have plenty of.

He is linked with a Manchester United move, but as an Arsenal fan, I don’t buy this in the slightest. As a teenager, back when United were at their glory days with Sir Alex at the helm, Ramsey still rejected them to sign for Arsenal. I don’t think he will regret his decision either, looking at their position currently.
Real Madrid are perhaps the world’s most attractive club. The sunny capital of Spain is home to some of the continent’s most beautiful football, and their illustrious trophy cabinet speaks no lies of their ability.
Ramsey will be swayed even more from the career trajectory of Gareth Bale. Like Ramsey, Bale was born in Wales, then began to make a name for himself in North London. The only difference between the two, is Bale made the jump to Spain sooner.
I say this because I believe Ramsey will favour a move to La Liga. He has shown his desire to play in Spain for many years now, and now is the perfect chance for him to do so. Obviously, I would love him to stay at Arsenal, but I can’t say he hasn’t warranted a move to a super club.
Ramsey ages at 27 years old, the ideal age to sign a midfielder. That said, there is no wonder why so many clubs are sniffing around his situation.
Where do you think Ramsey will be playing next year?
