Manchester United will be more eager than any other club for the transfer window to re-open in January

Perhaps no other club in the world right now might be as eager as Manchester United for the January transfer window to commence. The Red Devils, have had a nightmare start to the 2018/19 campaign. In a literal sense, they have realised the projected results that were the aftermath of a miserable summer transfer window.

There are a number of departments that need reinforcements at Old Trafford. No, it would be unwise to expect that the club could take care of all the problems by buying all the players in January itself. However, the work regarding transfers does need to kickstart in winter, lest they want to risk a mammoth workload and pressure regarding the same in the summer next year.
