#4 Raheem Sterling (Manchester City)

Since joining Manchester City as a talented youngster from Liverpool, Raheem Sterling has made some pretty big strides in his career. The Englishman has morphed into one of the best right wingers in the Premier League under Pep Guardiola, growing with such maturity that it’s hard to believe he is only 23.

Real Madrid are usually accustomed to playing Gareth Bale on the right flank in a 4-3-3 setup. Should he be out due to any circumstances, Lucas Vazquez gets the nod in his place.

Buying Sterling would mean a sturdy competition for Bale and an upgrade on Vazquez. He would be an able deputy to the Welshman since he has good passing and finishing skills and is also blessed with a fine pace.

Sterling makes 1.6 passes per game and has a pass success rate of 86.7%. Another important point to note is that he has a habit of scoring crucial and match-winning goals. He is always found to be at the right place at the right time to chip in goals that save points for his team.

Raheem Sterling did that a lot last season and no doubt he will replicate that at Santiago Bernabeu too, should Real Madrid poach him. However, it remains to be seen if Sterling agrees to leave in the mid-season, especially when Manchester City are currently topping the league table.

But, this is Real Madrid we are talking about. When they come knocking your door, it’s no cinch to turn them down, is it?
