4. There’s something to fight for

Now that Arsenal has got themselves into a winning streak, they’re bound to not want to give it up. I mean, it would be disappointing to lose just one match now, so that shows an immense shift in the mentality.

Arsenal is very much a club of streaks. Just a quick peek at their social media will show you they love a statistic. This is why they’re heavily involved with StatDNA because they are very much number-orientated. Anyway, that’s off topic.

Emery is a man who seeks perfection. That said, he wouldn’t have been happy with his side’s recent draws, and he will look to get back into winning ways as soon as possible. There’s nothing wrong with being a perfectionist, especially as a football manager.

Is it likely that Arsenal will continue their unbeaten streak for the rest of the season? No, not really. I mean, it would be incredibly disappointing if they did because they wouldn’t get the invincibles 2.0 mark. But they do have that to strive for, and as we’ve seen in the Premier League, having ambitious targets is by no means a bad thing.

The players only have winning instilled into their mind at the moment, and it’s a scary thought to go back to losing. That said, the fans of Arsenal can rest assure that the players will do everything they can to keep up the unbeaten momentum, for their own sake and for the fans’ sakes.
