Real Madrid’s Isco is one of the world’s best playmakers and midfielders. His quality has caught the eye of several European giants.
Real Madrid’s season went from bad to worse following their loss to Barcelona in the El Clasico by a 5-1 margin. The result was enough to see Julen Lopetegui fired after a series of unsatisfactory matches in the past. Santiago Solari has been appointed as Los Blancos’ interim manager and is tipped to get the permanent role too after guiding the Whites to three consecutive wins.

The 26-year-old has not been featuring consistently with the European champions and has grown frustrated with the lack of playing time to come his way, as per a few claims.
In respect to that, several top clubs on the lines of Manchester City, Liverpool and Juventus are keeping tabs on the midfielder. And in addition to that, Arsenal have already taken a lead over their rivals in the race to sign Isco – according to Don Balon.
Recently, the Gunners submitted a bid worth 50 million euros to the Whites but had it rejected as Isco’s owners felt it to be really low for his quality and age. Unai Emery is a big fan of his compatriot and has identified himself as a realistic option as he seeks to hand Arsenal a berth in next season’s UEFA Champions League, either by winning the Europa League or by leading them into the Premier League’s top four.
Opinion
Real Madrid’s Isco is arguably the best playmaker in the world right now and his creativity in the centre of the park is certainly unmatched. The former Malaga defender has been playing often this season, but at Real Madrid, everybody has to make way for one another so nobody can expect themselves to feature in all the matches per season. Moreover, Don Balon is not a really trustworthy source, so whether Isco is actually considering his future is not clear.
