Juventus are willing to break the bank in order to land Aaron Ramsey according to reports, and so they should be.

Aaron Ramsey is out of the contract at the end of this season. It doesn’t look likely that Arsenal will tie him down to a new deal either, as the club pulled out of talks not long ago. Knowing this, it’s no surprise to see a number of big European clubs loitering around his situation, none more so than Juventus.

It’s rumoured the Turin club will break the bank when tabling a pre-contract offer. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t either because he’d make a great midfielder in Italy. Arsenal fans will miss him, but no matter where he ends up, the club will be getting a worthy midfielder.

Obviously, this depends on where he signs. There haven’t been many rumours, but The Sun apparently knows how much Juventus will offer. The English outlet reports that Ramsey will earn around £200,000 per week (£10.4m per year) should he sign with the Italian giants.

This may not seem a lot by the Premier League’s standards, but this is quite a lot in Italy. It only goes to show how much The Old Lady wish to acquire his services. While Ramsey is never driven by the money, this could definitely sway him to sign with Juventus.

Juventus faces competition in Bayern Munich. The Bavarian giants came out recently to say they are confident with Aaron Ramsey, and they believe they are in the best position to get the deal over the line.

As an Arsenal fan, to see many European clubs fighting over Ramsey is actually a good thing. The last thing the fans would want is to strengthen a rival, so offloading him abroad is the best possible situation. Obviously, it’s still not ideal, as the best option would be to keep him. But life it tough sometimes.

Arsenal is also reportedly in talks with AS Roma over a potential swap deal. This would see their Czech Republican striker Patrik Schick travel to North London the other way, which is an interesting situation. You can read out analysis of the deal by clicking here.

I think a move to Italy is the most likely of the bunch, despite the many reports linking him elsewhere. But I’d love to hear your thoughts! Where do you think Aaron Ramsey will end up?
