Real Madrid are eyeing an invasion of the Premier League
Real Madrid are expected to be productive in the transfer periods which will be held in January and summer 2019. They are looking to raid the Premier League.
Real Madrid sold Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus for an estimated transfer fee of 100 million pounds but did nothing to fill the void left by the club’s all-time top goal scorer. The defending champions of Europe have been linked with a number of players as they seek to replace the Portugal captain and there has been another name added to that list.

The Whites are looking at Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, as per reports. The Manchester United forward thrived at the start of his career at the Old Trafford but has been in and out of the team under Jose Mourinho this season. The 21-year-old has started only five Premier League matches and scored twice.
His record for England from the 2018/19 campaign shows three goals in six appearances and Real Madrid are hoping to take advantage of Rashford’s situation at Manchester United. Apparently, there have also been scouts that have gone from the Spanish capital to watch Marcus Rashford in action for the Red Devils. Real are hoping to get him for approximately 50 million pounds.
The other Premier League star that Los Merengues are keeping an eye on is Tottenham Hotspur’s Christian Eriksen. The Spurs’ midfielder has been looked at by the Whites as a replacement of the 33-year-old Luka Modric.
With just over 18 months left on his contract, the Denmark international has been stalling on a renewal because of Spurs’ hesitance in handing him a pay rise equivalent to that of Dele Alli and Harry Kane.
The playmaker is currently on 70,000 pounds a week and wants to get to the wage of his two partners in crime at an amount of 150,000 pounds per week. If he is to make the move to Spain, the Whites will probably have to shell out 40 million pounds.
Real Madrid had also been keeping tabs on Mauricio Pochettino, the Tottenham Hotspur manager. However, Julen Lopetegui was appointed in the summer whereas Santiago Solari succeeded him after the 52-year-old was fired.
