CM: Miralem Pjanic

Miralem Pjanic had one of his best matches of the season in his last Serie A match. He sent in a perfect free kick that Ronaldo put in the back of the net against SPAL. He wasn’t quite as impressive against Valencia, but he’ll get a good chance to make an impression against a struggling Fiorentina squad. He hasn’t quite reached the high levels he has in the past, but this match might just be he one that gets him back on track.

CM: Rodrigo Bentancur

Rodrigo Bentancur has been a fantastic surprise for Juve this year. Before the season started it seemed like he would struggle to get himself into the starting lineup at all, but now it’s becoming hard to see how Juve could take him out of the lineup. He has played great defensively, constantly makes threatening runs, and shows great hustle. He is going to be a great piece for Juve’s future and appears to have already turned himself into a big part of the team this season.

CM: Blaise Matuidi

Blaise Matuidi will once again battle fatigue to try to give Juve the high-energy performances he has consistently produced since joining the team last year. He has had one of the world’s busiest schedules over the last 2 years thanks to France’s deep runs into international tournaments. Luckily, the resulting fatigue hasn’t impacted his performances yet, but it could become an issue for him soon. However, as long as he’s at his best he will continue to be a brick wall in the midfield.
