Real Madrid are interested in bringing Paulo Dybala to the Santiago Bernabeu, but their quest for the Argentinian has taken a shank.
Real Madrid have been looking at attacking options in the transfer market, and following Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure for Juventus, they are planning to raid the Italian champions of one of their brightest talents. The Whites’ interest in Paulo Dybala has not at all been secretive and the Argentina international reciprocates the same.

The 25-year-old is no more the main focus at Juventus since the arrival of Ronaldo, and so much so that his role has been become that of a substitute in some matches. Dybala is clear that he wants a main role apart from having his eyes set towards playing in Spain, more so with Real Madrid showing interest over the last few months.
The Old Lady of Turin is aware about La Joya’s potential departure and has now set his asking price at 120 million euros, just three-fourth of his original price tag of 160 million. Real Madrid have obviously been enticed towards that price, but other clubs such as Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Manchester United have also entered the race.
Paulo Dybala’s preferred option is the Spanish capital of Madrid, and all three parties who would be involved in the negotiation soon are aware of that. And so, Juventus are looking to take complete advantage of Paulo Dybala’s desire and Real Madrid’s requirement, thereby making the European champions’ quest for Dybala all the more difficult, according to reports.
Initially, Juventus and Real Madrid were both happy to agree upon a 120 million euros’ transfer fee, but with Isco and Marcelo being in tight situations at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the Italians will look to make the most of it. Isco and Marcelo, with a combined value of 130 million euros are trying to be sandwiched in the swap deal, but Juventus want 20 million euros more.
That is something that has clearly not impressed Florentino Perez, especially given that he had agreed to sell Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus for just 10% of his release clause as per the contract. But the Turin based side is clear and will not be budging from their demands if Real Madrid’s officials come knocking to the Allianz Stadium.
