Real Madrid have been made aware of Liverpool’s demands as they seek to make a move for Sadio Mane during the summer transfer window.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is obsessed with getting his team back on track after what has turned out to be a dismal season. The Whites are almost certainly going to end 2018/19 without a single trophy and that is absolutely pathetic considering the quality and standard which they have set over the last few years.

The Merengues’ head has promised to Zinedine Zidane that his squad will be overhauled in the upcoming summer so that they can challenge realistically for titles in 2019/20. One of the main names on Zidane and Perez’s agenda is that of Liverpool winger Sadio Mane over the last few weeks.
Real Madrid’s coach is a huge fan of the Senegal international and believes that he could replicate at Real Madrid, what Samuel Etoo did at Barcelona. Mane’s hunger, game changing ability and technique are all eye-catching and he has arguably been Liverpool’s best player over the last two campaigns.
That said, Jurgen Klopp is extremely reluctant in letting go of Sadio Mane because he considers the former Southampton winger very integral to the Liverpool system. In a bid to keep Real Madrid from their star man, Liverpool have set a price tag of 230 million euros on the 27-year-old which is nothing but exorbitant.
Should Sadio Mane be able to sign for Real Madrid, the Whites would have beaten the world transfer record which Paris Saint-Germain paid to Barcelona whilst signing Neymar. Florentino Perez is trying to lower Liverpool’s asking price and is willing to include either Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez or Marco Asensio in the deal.
Sadio Mane could be the ideal fit for Real Madrid who need a scoring left winger. The Reds’ forward does turn up on big nights and is a consistent player. His contributions at Liverpool have been underrated criminally, probably because of the way social media has overhyped players like Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk.
Should Real Madrid pay 230 million euros or stretch slightly more for Kylian Mbappe or Neymar?
