Cristiano Ronaldo has asked Juventus to sign one of Zinedine Zidane’s favourite players from Real Madrid during the summer transfer window.

Former Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has stamped his authority in Italy after winning the Serie A, but his team was kicked out of the UEFA Champions League and his apparent challenge continued to be unfulfilled. Although he did score all five of Juventus’ knockout stage goals in the Champions League, the team did not function well as a whole.

More from Real Madrid

The Old Lady of Turin’s biggest frailty came in the centre of the park and a weak link between the defence and attack led to Ajax Amsterdam exploiting the team to massive advantage in both the legs. There is going to be a big change in the summer, especially in the creative zone and Cristiano Ronaldo has already put suggestions forth.

According to Fox Sports, the Portugal international wants Real Madrid midfielder Isco at the club next season. Ronaldo and Isco share a great chemistry on the pitch and were two of the most instrumental players for the Whites between 2016 and 2018. His passing and dribbling as well as positioning make him an ideal option for Juventus.

However, with Zinedine Zidane’s arrival at the helm, getting Isco would not be easy as it is thought by Juventus and the club’s sporting director Fabio Paratici. The Whites’ coach considers the Spain international to be extremely important and will count on him for the next season as mentioned earlier.

But if Los Blancos do end up signing Paul Pogba or Christian Eriksen, Isco’s minutes might be regulated and he could have to find himself a greener pasture to continue featuring week in and week out. Juventus would still be aware that Isco will not be available on the cheap and will at least command a transfer fee of 80-85 million euros.

How much should be Isco’s transfer worth if he is for sale at the end of this season?
